Elizabeth Ann McMullen was born in Hope Township, Ontario, Canada, October 31, 1855 and passed away at the age of 86 years. She came to Nebraska in the spring of 1880 with her father and her brother, Joe McMullen, locating on a homestead near St. Paul. Later the family moved to St. Paul where she lived until her marriage to John Warrick of Aurora, where they lived until in 1904 when they moved on a farm near Loup City. They lived there a number of years, later retiring and moving into their home in Loup City. Early in life Mrs. Warrick identified herself with Chritianity, uniting with the Methodist church and was active in church work until her health failed. She was a loving wife and mother, was always ready to do for others and was loved by all who knew her. Those surviving are Mrs. Mabel Sutton, Ross and Floyd Warrick, all of Los Angeles, Calif.; Myrl Warrick of Grand Island, Mrs. Matie Cox of Arcadia, two nephews, Floyd and Loyd McMullen of Loup City, who cared for her the past four years; a neice [sic], Mrs. Mabal Bell of Hanover, Ontario, Canada and other neices, nephews and a host of friends.
