She was born in Bladen, Gallia County, Ohio on February 26, 1921 to the late Daniel Boone and Margaret Holcomb Frazier. Elizabeth was a very caring and loving mother to her daughter, grandson and great grandchildren. She worked at Lancaster Glass and Burtic Jewelers.
