Description	:	Mrs. Joseph Lambert Mrs. Joseph Lambert, 89, Akron, died Thursday (April 2, 1981) in a Sioux City hospital of a long illness. Services were held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday in the Union Creek Lutheran church, rural Akron. The Rev. Julian Swanson officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery under direction of the Schroeder funeral home. Dennis Hultgren, vocalist, sang "How Great Thou Art" and "In The Garden", accompanied by Ruth Stoutenburg. She married Joseph Lambert in October of 1930 at Akron. They were lifelong Akron area farmers. Mr. Lambert died Sept. 1, 1967. She moved to Akron in 1969 and entered the Casa De Paz nursing home in Sioux City in December 1979. Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Ruth Wallen of Bellingham, Wash.; two nephews, Gordon Swanson, Sioux City, and Clayton Waterbury, Corning, Iowa; and one niece, Mrs. Joyce Geri of Bellingham, Wash.
