Description	:	"Eloise R McClain, 88, of Findlay, died at 11:20 a m Thursday, January 21, 2010 at the Sterling House of Findlay, where she had resided for the past 12 years. She was born on August 23, 1921 in Wapakoneta, Ohio to the late Clarence R & Rozella (Yinger) Cox. She married Kent E McClain on September 22, 1940 & he preceded her in death on June 16, 1983. Eloise is survived by a son, Larry McClain of Lima, Ohio, two grandchildren, Shelly Lynn Bowling of Findlay & Larry Douglas McClain of Toledo. Also surviving are two nephews,... Also surviving are two nephews, Rev Jeffery (Louise) Kimpel of Perrysburg, Ohio & Dan Kimpel of Los Angeles. She was preceded in death by a brother, James M Cox in March of 1985. Eloise retired from Ohio Conveyor & Supply where she worked as a secretary. She was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Findlay & volunteered with Elderly Nutrition. Eloise was Past President of the 30th Infantry Division Associated Ladies Auxiliary & had a pilots license. Visition will be held at Kirkpatrick-Behnke Funeral Home. 500 Lima Avenue, Findlay, Ohio from 10:00-11:00 a m on Monday, January 25, 2010. The funeral service will begin at 11:00 a m Monday at the funeral home with her nephew, the Rev Dr Jeffrey K Kimpel officiating. Burial will follow in St Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery in Shawnee Township, Allen County, Ohio."
