Emma was a member of the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Catholic Daughters of America both of Clyde. Survivors include her husband, Edward of the home in Clyde; 6 children, Louis Kegle, Clyde, KS.; David Kegle, Modesto, CA.; Anne Kegle, Hayward, CA.; Robert Kegle (Debbie), Oakley, CA.; Eddie Kegle, Minneapolis, MN.; Edith Kegle, Ormond Beach, FL.; sister, Elaine Begnoche (Dean), Clyde, KS.; 13 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Goldie. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 5, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary Service held at 7:00 p.m., with family receiving friends after the Rosary Service all at the Chaput Mortuary in Clyde. Mass of Christian Burial will be held, 10:00 a.m., Monday, January 6, 2020 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Clyde, Kansas. Burial will follow in the Mount Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Clyde, Kansas with Fr. Steven Heina officiating. Memorial contributions may be given to the St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in c/o Chaput Mortuary, PO Box 291, Clyde, KS 66938.
