DROZ, 68, pased (sic) away this noon at 12:15 p.m. in the home of her daughter, Mrs. Virgil H. WINTER, 306 E. Jefferson St. where she had been taken from her home at 205½ N. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Virgil WINTER of this city, and Mrs. William LOONEY, Aberdeen, S. D.; two grandchildren, Marcia Kay LOONEY and Anna Pearl WINTER; three sisters, Mesdames Fred METZLER of Baker, Ore., A. M. GOBLE, La Grande, Ore.; and Larry LARSEN, San Francisco, Calif. Her husband, Percy DROZ, who she married February 15, 1899, preceded her in death in 1918. One son died in infancy. Five brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death. Mrs. DROZ was born in Jefferson county, February 8, 1877, and lived in and near Fairfield her entire life. She was a member of the Methodist church, Wesleyan Bible class, Rekekah (sic - Rebekah) Lodge No. 96 and Women's Relief Corps.
