Spees, 60, died Thursday of a coronary attack suffered at her home in Birmingham. The service will be Monday at 10 a.m. at St. Mary's Church in Fairfield with the Rev. William Sullivan officiating. Interment will be at Maple Hill Cemetery. Prayers for a Christian Wake will be said Sunday at 7:30 p.m. at the Burch Funeral Home in Birmingham. Memorials to the Multiple Sclerosis Fund may be left at the funeral home. The daughter of Gilbert and Cecil Davidson Wykoff, she was born Dec. 6, 1919 in Jefferson County. On Oct. 30, 1938 she married Coyner Spees at Wooster. He survives. She is also survived by a son, David Spees, Birmingham and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Bruce Spees in 1978. She was a member of St. Mary's Church of Fairfield, East Union Ladies Aid and the Bonnett Community Club.
