Description	:	The Nelson Gazette (Nelson, NE), Thursday, September 18, 1919; pg. 3 Flossie May Burkett was born near Oak, Nebr., November 20, 1881, and died at her home at Superior, September 14, 1919, at the age of 37 years, 10 months and 25 days. She grew to womanhood on a farm northeast of Nelson. She was united in marriage to Harry Comstock of Oak, November 9, 1898, and since that time spent most of her life at Nelson. Read More	The Nelson Gazette (Nelson, NE), Thursday, September 18, 1919; pg. 3 Flossie May Burkett was born near Oak, Nebr., November 20, 1881, and died at her home at Superior, September 14, 1919, at the age of 37 years, 10 months and 25 days. She grew to womanhood on a farm northeast of Nelson. She was united in marriage to Harry Comstock of Oak, November 9, 1898, and since that time spent most of her life at Nelson. On July 17, 1919, she moved with her family to Superior, where she passed to the Great Beyond September 14, 1919. She leaves to mourn her departure, a loving husband, father, mother, and ten children which survive her. The children are Jessie, Ray, Carl, Glen (sic), Blanche, Fay, Frank, Wilber (sic), Edward and Mrs. Jessa Dunn of Superior; also two grand children. One little grand son preceded her in death a year ago. Short services were held at the home, conducted by Rev. Wright of Superior, pastor of the First Presbyterian church (sic). The remains were then taken to Nelson, where services were held at the Methodist church (sic), conducted by Rev. W.W. Hull, the pastor. The body was laid to rest in the Nelson cemetery (sic).
