The Nelson Gazette, Thursday, February 16, 1978; pg. 4 ======================= Glenn Comstock, son of Harry and Flossie Comstock, was born September 3, 1908, at Nelson, Nebraska, and passed away February 11, 1978, at the age of 69 years, 5 months and 9 days in Nelson, Nebraska, where he resided all his life. He loved life and worried far more about friends and relatives than himself. There were no limitations to the size of Glenn's heart or the things he would have had to do for others if it had only been possible. Glenn was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Ray, and a sister, Jessie. He is survived by three sisters, Mrs. Bessie Dunn of Superior; Mrs. Emery (Blanche) Brown of Loveland, Colorado, and Mrs. Faye Boone of Camas, Washington; four brothers, Carl of Nelson, Wilbur of Superior and Frank and Edward of Hemet, California; also many nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held on Thursday, February 16, 1978, from the Klawitter Funeral Home Chapel of Nelson with Rev. Clair Kess officiating. Pallbearers were Wayne Bennett, Wayne Dunn, Harold Dunn, Delbert Johnson, Charles Fullerton and Lonnie Wheeland. Burial was in the Nelson Cemetery.
