Description	:	Floyd Thomas Benway, son of Ione Stookey Benway and the late Victor A. Benway, was born February 11, 1900, at Fairmont, Neb. After a lingering illness, he passed away November 25, 1952, at a hospital in Hastings, Neb., a victim of multiple sclerosis. He attended Fairmont public school and his entire life was lived in and near Fairmont. He had been a member of the Modern Woodmen 27 years. Roback of Inland, Neb; also nephews and nieces. Funeral services were held Friday, November 28, at the Kritner-Ashby Funeral Home in Fairmont, with Rev. W.F. Payne officiating. Songs were sung by Oliver Moul, accompanied by Mrs. A.P. Stewart. Pallbearers were Elmer Hadsell, Harry Kelch, Eddie Ackerman, C.W. Roback, Victor Jensen and Earl Jensen. Interment was in the Fairmont Cemetery.
