After moving to Arkansas (around 1917), he was ordained to the full work of the ministry by the St. Francis Church on April 27,1919. In addition to serving as Missionary for Gainesville and Greene County Associations, Frank was pastor of the following churches in the vicinity: Gainesville, Mt. Pleasant, Main Shore, Reaves, Mt.
