Read More	Seward Independent-Democrat (Seward, Nebr.), January 20, 1916, p. 5, col. 4 Obituary George Schneberger was born at Staplehurst, Nebr., in 1887 and died at the St. Francis hospital at Colorado Springs, Jan. 9th, 1916, age 28 years, 11 months and 2 days. He attended the St. Francis Solanus college at Quincy, Ill., where he graduated in 1904. He also attended the Lincoln business college, out of which he graduated in 1906. In 1905 he was united in marriage to Miss Margaret Crowdell at St. Francis church in Lincoln, Nebr. In 1910 they left for Winchester, Idaho, where he made his home until a year ago when his health began to fail and he and his family returned to Nebraska, going later to Colorado, where he remained until his death. To this union were born three children, Margaret Leona, George William and James Ambrose, who with his wife were left to mourn the loss of a kind and loving husband and father. He also leaves to mourn a mother, three sisters and two brothers, besides a host of relatives and friends. During his last illness he was surrounded by his wife, three children, his wife’s mother, one brother and a brother-in-law, who administered every earthly comfort and knelt in prayer while angels beckoned him home. Funeral services were held at the Catholic church in Ulysses, Nebr., on Thursday morning at 10 o’clock, conducted by Rev. Father Loughran and the remains were laid to rest in the Catholic cemetery west of town. CARD OF THANKS To the many friends and neighbors who were so kind and good to us during the sickness and death of our beloved husband and father we desire to extend our heartfelt thanks.
