Description	:	George was the son of Tapley White Nall & Margaret Ann Parker. He was born about 1836. During the Civil War he served in the Arkansas Infantry, Company G, CSA. He was a blacksmith in Sevier County. George married Caroline Elizabeth ("Callie") Locke on Sept. 23, 1868, in Sevier County. Mr. Nall was a citizen of Lockesburg from the time it became the county city, until his death and was well known in this and adjoining counties and was beloved by all who knew him. We can hardly realize that we will see his cheerful face and hear his friendly greets no more. As a friend he was kind, as a neighbor he was obliging, as a husband he was devoted, as a father he was affectionate, no sufferers appeal went unheeded by him. His remains were followed to Belleville Cemetery by a large concourse of people where he was buried by the Masonic Fraternity of which he was a member. The weeping wife and children have the sympathy of the entire community.
