Glen was a lifetime resident of the area having been born on a farm in the Virgelle area and ranched in that area his entire life. He was dedicated not only to his immediate family but was a father figure for numerous nephews and nieces and others needing love. Glen was a lifetime resident of the area having been born on a farm in the Virgelle area and ranched in that area his entire life. He was dedicated not only to his immediate family but was a father figure for numerous nephews and nieces and others needing love. He had an inherent talent for training horses and most of his life revolved around them. Glen was a charter member of the Big Sandy Saddle Club, a long time member of the Odd Fellows lodge of Big Sandy, and a dedicated 4-H horse leader for many years. He married Helen L. Broesder of Conrad, Nov. 11, 1944 at the Christian Church in Fort Benton. Survivors include his wife; daughters, Mrs. David (Neislena) Otto, Havre, Mrs. Ed (Clare) Allderdice of Big Sandy, Mrs. Larry (Kathy) Jones, of Conrad, Mrs. Tom (Judy) Daughenbaugh, of Havre, Mrs. Mike (Annette) Bratz, and Mrs. Arlin (Tami) Bratz; sons, Loren L. Terry and Glen Terry, of Big Sandy; 22 grandchildren; his brother, Ernest Terry, Bozeman; sisters, Margaret Phifer, Havre, Betty Roark of Sunburst, and Norma Scott, of Fort Benton; and his 94-year-old mother, Lila Terry, who resides at the Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd in Havre. Services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at the Church of God in Big Sandy. A double funeral is being planned with his granddaughter, Danielle, who passed away the same day as her grandpa.
