Read More	The following provided by Find A Grave contributor "Cara": The River Press, Fort Benton, Mont., 17 July 1957 Charles Terry Dies After Fight Tuesday Charles Terry, 26, resident of Fort Benton for the past number of years, died at Big Sandy Tuesday night, following a fight which occurred in the card room of the Big Sandy bar. Bruce Myers, of Shelby, Mont., was held here Wednesday pending formal charges in district court, depending on the outcome of the autopsy on Charles Terry's body. Information available here was two men engaged in an exchange of words, a fight followed in which Terry was knocked unconscious and at short time later it was discovered he was dead. Charles Terry was born July 9, 1931, and had been a resident of Chouteau county virtually all his life. He is survived by his wife and six children, Randy, Virginia, Roger, Glenn, Brenda, and by a daughter born at Havre last Sunday. Also surviving is his mother, Mrs. Lila Terry, and the following brothers and sisters: Glen and Lowell Terry, of Big Sandy; Mrs. Doris Erwin, of Fairbanks, Alaska; Mrs. Norma Scott, of Fort Benton; Mrs. Margaret Pfifer, of Havre; Mrs. Betty Roark, of Sunburst; and Ernest Terry, of Fort Benton. His father, Floyd Terry, died May 16, 1948, and a brother, Loren Harold Terry, died in action in the Philippines, in May 1945. The tragedy will be deeply regretted by Charles Terry's many friends who extend sympathy to the family and other relatives in their sudden and tragic bereavement.
