A native of the Kelton Community of Union County, he was a son of the late Russell Belue Sr. and Ada Gault Belue. He was a member of Lockhart United Methodist Church. He was retired from Milliken & Co., Excelsior Plant, and was employed with Wal-Mart. He was first married to the late Wynona Gault Belue. Read More	LOCKHART - Harold Dean Belue, 85, of 319 S. 6th St. died June 20, 1998, in Wallace Thomson Hospital after an extended illness. A native of the Kelton Community of Union County, he was a son of the late Russell Belue Sr. and Ada Gault Belue. He was a member of Lockhart United Methodist Church. He was retired from Milliken & Co., Excelsior Plant, and was employed with Wal-Mart. He was first married to the late Wynona Gault Belue. Survivors include his wife, Ruth Farmer Belue; three daughter, Annie Belle Clayton, Deloris Clayton and Blanche Blackston of Lockhart; three sons, Drexell Belue, Harold L. "Johnny" Belue and Leonard "Pete" Belue of Lockhart; a stepdaughter, Mechelle Maness of Union; a brother, Edward "Possum" Belue of Union; 15 grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at S.R. Holcombe Funeral Home. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday at Lockhart United Methodist Church, conducted by the Revs. Alan Quarles and Troy Phillips. Burial will be in Union Memorial Gardens. The families are at their homes. Memorials may be made to Lockhart United Methodist Church Van Fund, P.O. Box 127, Lockhart, 29364.
