Description	:	SALEM, Ohio – Harold R. Garloch, age 80, of Salem, died at 3:00 a.m. on Monday, September 25, 2017 at the Salem Regional Medical Center. He was born February 2, 1937 in Salem, the son of the late Melvin and Mary (Benner) Garloch. He was employed as a plant superintendent for over 20 years at Northeast Fabricators retiring in 2010. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves. He was a member of the Salem First Christian Church, a 1955 graduate of Salem High School, he enjoyed working on cars and fishing and loved to watch all sports on the television. His wife, Margaret Ann... Read More	SALEM, Ohio – Harold R. Garloch, age 80, of Salem, died at 3:00 a.m. on Monday, September 25, 2017 at the Salem Regional Medical Center. He was born February 2, 1937 in Salem, the son of the late Melvin and Mary (Benner) Garloch. He was employed as a plant superintendent for over 20 years at Northeast Fabricators retiring in 2010. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves. He was a member of the Salem First Christian Church, a 1955 graduate of Salem High School, he enjoyed working on cars and fishing and loved to watch all sports on the television. His wife, Margaret Ann (Hannay) Garloch, whom he married July 7, 1956 preceded him in death on June 24, 2010. Also preceding him in death is a sister, Mary Ellen Metzgar. Survivors include two sons, Douglas H. Garloch and Greg S. (Angela) Garloch, both of Salem; one daughter, Sue A. (Paul) Lease of Salem; a brother, Kenneth (Judith) Garloch of Newark, Ohio and four grandchildren, Stephanie Garloch Young, Eric Lease, and Dillon and Adam Garloch. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 29, 2017 at the Stark Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Ross Jackson officiating. Calling hours will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 29, 2017 at the funeral home prior to services. Interment will be held at Grandview Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Salem Alumni Association, 330 E. State Street, Salem, OH 44460. Condolences sent online at www.starkmemorial.com.
