Bultema --- Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday for Mrs. Helena Wolthuis Bultema, 78, who died Friday in a local convalescent hospital. Services will be held at the Evangelical Free Church of Richvale with the Rev. Donald N. Ortlund officiating. "Mrs. Bultema was born Sept. 18, 1890, in Holland. Her family moved to Michigan the following year. In 1946 she moved with her husband to Durham, where they farmed until their retirement. "Mrs. Bultema was a member of the Evangelical Free Church of Richvale. "She is survived by her husband, John; four sons, Carroll, Donald, John and James, all of Durham; one daughter, Mrs. Alice Van Elderen of Ripon; 20 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. "The family has requested that anyone wishing to make memorial contributions may do so to the Richvale Evangelical Free Church Memorial Fund. "Interment will follow the services at Glen Oaks Memorial Park.
