Description	:	Services for Henry Edgar Beers, 77, Lawrence, will be 1:30 p.m. Friday at Warren-McElwain Mortuary. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Beers died Tuesday at his home. He was born Aug. 30, 1913, in Texas County, Mo. He was a terrazzo worker and rock mason for many years. Mr. Beers retired in 1978 from Kansas University, where he worked in construction and as a rock mason. He was an avid outdoorsman. He married Eunice Drake May in 1936 in Lawrence.
