Description	:	Services for Henry Klosner, one of Norfolk's oldest citizens, were held Saturday, April 28 at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The Rev. James Coyle and the Rev. Mel Wiese of Creighton officiated. Burial was in Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Klosner died Tuesday, April 24 at a local nursing home, where he had been about one week. He was born May 10, 1881 at West Point to the late Henry and Anna Klosner. At the age of two, he moved to Oregon with his parents and returned six years later. He farmed many years southwest of Creighton until 1947, when he retired and moved to Norfolk. He did carpenter work as a hobby. He was honored on Loyalty Day 1982, when he was presented a flag by Winter-Munson Post 1644, VFW. For the past 10 years, he had resided with his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Larson. He married Marie Stormberg on Oct. 28, 1909. She died Aug. 25, 1973. Surviving are three daughters and two sons, Herb Klosner and Leonard Klosner of Creighton, Mrs. G.L. (Margaret) Collins of Stanton, Mrs. Wayne (Myrtle) Larson of Norfolk and Mrs. James (Dorothy) Casteel of Atlantic, Ia.; 21 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
