Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Rinda Poncey; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Bray, Mrs. Hazel Rockhill and Maxine Lorene Poncey; parents, Mr. and Mrs. James Poncey; sisters, Mrs. Cora Hobbs, Mrs. Minnie Shepherd, Mrs. Rosa Jones, Mrs. Bertha Bayer and Mrs. Nora Thompson, and brothers, John and Martin Poncey, all of Ottumwa. Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the home of his parents in Riverview addition. Rev. A.D. McClure will be in charge and burial will follow in Shaul cemetery.
