Description	:	Mrs. Ida Luella George, age 92, formerly of 408 Newton, Edwardsville, Ks., passed away on June 3, at the Sharonlane Nursing Home, Shawnee, Ks., after an illness of two months. Mrs. George was born on a farm near Barington (sic), Ill., and moved to Nebraska with her parents, Earnest and Sophia Rieke, at the age of 8, settling near Chester, where she lived for 20 years. Mrs. George lived in Edwardsville for 35 years and was a member of the W.S.C.S. of the church. Mrs. George is survived by two sons, Mr. Harold E. George, 5521 W. 61st Terr., Mission, Ks., and Mr. Everett N. George, Orosi, Calif.; foru daughters, Mrs. Marie Coulter, 10906 W. 59th St., Shawnee, Mrs. Leona Langshaw, Nevada, Mo., Mrs. Nelta Axtell, Reedley, Calif., and Mrs. Wilma Whitmore, Denver, Colo.; 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held on Thursday at 2 p.m., at the Edwardsville United Methodist Church. Graveside services were held at 2 p.m., Friday, June 9, at Chester Cemetery, Chester, Nebr.
