Description	:	Isaac N. Lott was born in Upper Sandusky, Wyandotte county, Ohio, May 16th, 1851 and died at his home, two and one-half miles southwest of Fairmont, Nebraska, April 14, 1917. At the age of fifteen years, he went to Eugene, Indiana, and in 1869 accompanied his parents to Polk county, Iowa. On May 10, 1874, he was united in marriage to Miss Harriett Bear in Eugene, Indiana. At the age of fifteen years, he went to Eugene, Indiana, and in 1869 accompanied his parents to Polk county, Iowa. On May 10, 1874, he was united in marriage to Miss Harriett Bear in Eugene, Indiana. With his bride, he returned to Iowa, where they resided. Mrs. Lott died August 4, 1880, leaving three children, Mrs. Bertha E. Shore of Rushmore, Minnesota, Harvey R. and Mrs. Letha M. Weir of Parma, Idaho, all of whom are still living. In November, 1888, Mr. Lott came to Nebraska and in 1889 was united in marriage to Miss Lucretia Flansburg at Rising City, Butler county, Nebraska. Mr. and Mrs. Lott made their home in Butler county until in 1894, when they moved to Clay county, Nebraska. In 1900, they moved to Fillmore county and have resided hear Fairmont since that time. Eight children were born to this union; two daughters and six sons, all of whom are living except one son, who died in infancy. They are Mrs. Jane A Keil, Mabel G. Peter M., Brayan F., Albert L., Charles W. and Floyd I., all of Fairmont. They with the bereaved wife remain to mourn the loss of a kind husband and father. A brother, George W. of Danville, Illinois and a sister, Mrs. Clara McClung of Shelby, Nebraska also survive. Mr. and Mrs. Lott united with the Evangelical church in Clay county in 1900, and shortly afterward transferred to the Fairmont Methodist church, where they have remained members. They and their family were always regular attendants at the services of the church whenever his health permitted and Mr. Lott gave freely of this world's goods toward its support. He has been in failing health the past two years and since January has been confined to his bed. Even then he did not forget the material needs of his beloved church. At the time of his death, Mr. Lott was sixty-five years, ten months and twenty-eight days of age. The church and community join the bereaved family in mourning their great loss. Funeral services were held at 2:30 Tuesday afternoon at the Grace Methodist church. The pastor, Rev. J.P. Yost had charge of the service at the church. The services at the cemetery were in charge of the Modern Woodman of America, of which order Mr. Lott was a member. Those present from out of town were Mrs. Bertha E. Shore and daughter, Emma of Rushmore, Minnesota; W. Flansburg, Surprise; Mrs. John Thomson, Greiswold, Iowa; Mrs. Clara McClung and sons, Archie and Owen and Mr. and Mrs. George Kepbaugh, Shelby; Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Lott and daughter, Mrs. Anna Lott and daughter, Leona, and L.C. Cole of Gresham, Sherman Lott of Omaha and Joseph Hafer and daughter, Mamie of Geneva.
