He had been in failing health for several years. The graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. Jim Cecil officiating. Open visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Behner Funeral Home. Memorials can be made to Agapeland Daycare. Manley was born June 15, 1935, in Fairfield, the son of Jack and Bessie Rosalie Fleagle Bailey. He was later adopted by Andrew J. Manley. He married Edna Reighard on April 6, 1958. They were later divorced. He was a 1954 graduate of Fairfield High School. He had been enlisted in the United States Navy and was stationed at Great Lakes Naval Base. He was discahrged in 1954. He was previously employed at The Dexter Company. Survivors include two daughters, Cheryl Royer and Trina Smalley, both of Fairfield; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one brother, Vernon of Birmingham; and one sister, Andrea Williams of Batavia. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, and one sister, Dorothy Mae Griep.
