Description	:	Jacob C. Boyer was born in Sangamon County Illinois on December 4, 1856, and died in Narka Kans. Aug. 8, 1932 at the age of 75 years 8 months and 4 days. In 1879 he was married to Amanda I. Stanley who preceded him in death 28 years. To this union nine children were born, six of whom are living, the other three died in infancy. Boyer was born in Sangamon County Illinois on December 4, 1856, and died in Narka Kans. Aug. 8, 1932 at the age of 75 years 8 months and 4 days. In 1879 he was married to Amanda I. Stanley who preceded him in death 28 years. To this union nine children were born, six of whom are living, the other three died in infancy. In 1890 he and his family came to Kansas, they lived near Haddam Kans. for a number of years. For the last few years he has resided in and near Chester, Nebraska. He leaves to mourn his departure three sons and three daughters Essie Eakins of Narka, Kans, Lenard Boyer of Byron, Nebr., Floyd Boyer of Deshler Nebr., Lola Frame and Elmer Boyer of Chester Nebr. Margrette Cox of Scottsville Kans.; ten grand children, one sister Eliza Jane Young of Narka, Kans. and one brother Wm Boyer of Emporia Kans. and a number of relatives and friends.
