He was born in West Union, Ohio on October 31, 1978 to the late Rick Palmer and Dianna (Patterson) Pendland. Jason was a hard worker and loved his job at the S&J Ellis Farms in West Union. His children were his pride and joy, he took care of everyone and stepped up as a Mentor when his parents died. He is survived by his Fiancé: Claudia Smalley of Manchester, Ohio, his children: Evan Palmer, Haylee Palmer, Kayla Palmer and Morgan Palmer all of Manchester, Ohio, his grandparents: Harry and Alvena Davenport of Bentonville, Ohio, his sisters: Kristie Skaggs of Manchester, Ohio and Misty Taylor of Blue Creek, Ohio, his brother: Eric Palmer of West Union, Ohio, his step brother: Charles Lynch of Manchester, Ohio, his step dad: Randy (Ronda) Pendland of Manchester, Ohio, and his Nieces and Nephews: Madison, Natalie, Alexis, Aleyah Jojoe, Kaitlyn, Xavier, Braiden, Brenton, and Emily. A Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 19 at Wilson Home for Funerals. Rev Dale Little will officiate. Burial will follow at the Manchester Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. The family requests Memorials be made to Wilson Home for Funerals.
