Description	:	Mrs. Jo Hill Helms, 80, of 11 Edwards Mill Road, passed away Friday, September 17, 2010 at her home. A native of Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Richard and Nannye Farmer Hill. Mrs. Helms was a partner with her late husband in several area businesses but was most remembered for the love she shared with all. She was the heart of the family and always held the reunions, Easter egg hunts and any family gatherings. Read More	Mrs. Jo Hill Helms, 80, of 11 Edwards Mill Road, passed away Friday, September 17, 2010 at her home. A native of Greenville, she was a daughter of the late Richard and Nannye Farmer Hill. Mrs. Helms was a partner with her late husband in several area businesses but was most remembered for the love she shared with all. She was the heart of the family and always held the reunions, Easter egg hunts and any family gatherings. She loved cooking not only for her family but friends alike and especially when there was a need. A Christian, she was of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Buck Helms and is survived by her loving family, her daughter, Jan and two granddaughters, Britta and Noel of the home; her three sons, Marion, Terry and wife, Sandy, Frank and wife, Beth; eight other grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Sue Hawkins; a sister-in-law, Maggie Hill; and nieces and nephews. Mrs. Helms is at the Mackey Mortuary where the family will receive friends Monday, September 20, 2010 from 10:30 to 11:30 am with graveside services to follow at 12:00pm at Graceland East Memorial Park with Pastor Brian Briley officiating.
