Fairfield, Oct. 17 – John Bare, aged 52, died Sunday morning at 5 o’clock at the Iowa City hospital, where he had been for five weeks. He is survived by his wife, his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Orlando Bare, Sr., of Clearwater, Neb.; three sisters, Mrs. Agnes Todd, of Clearwater, Neb., Mrs. May Ward and Mrs. Verna Ward, both of Elgin, Neb., and two brothers, Dr. Norton Bare, a medical missionary of the Christian church, now serving in Chinese mission fields, and Orlando Bare, Jr., of Clearwater, Neb. Mr. Bare was a member of the Christian church and the K. of P. lodge here. The body has been brought here from Iowa City and has been taken to the Hoskins funeral home. Definite funeral arrangements have not yet been made. "
