Description	:	The Nelson Gazette (Nelson, NE), Thursday, April 5, 1894; pg. 3 Henry Rousher (sic), an old veteran of the late war and a pioneer citizen of this place, died at his home on Saturday, March 31st, 1894. Mr. Rousher (sic) was born March 28, 1840, at Rockport, New York, was married to Sarah Chapman, December 5th, 1869. He belonged to Company D, 20th Regt. of Iowa Infantry, having volunteered August 14, 1863, was wounded September 1st, 1864, at Johnsburrow, Ga., which resulted in the amputation of one of his legs, was honorably discharged September 12th, 1865. ... Mr. Rousher (sic) was born March 28, 1840, at Rockport, New York, was married to Sarah Chapman, December 5th, 1869. A wife and three children mourn the loss of a husband and father, in his death. The funeral occurred from his residence Monday afternoon, and was conducted by George Thomas Post of this place, of which he was a member.
