Waller officiating. Burial will be in Franklin Cemetery, Coshocton County, with military honors performed by Coshocton County Veterans Council. Mr. Banks died Monday at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital after a sudden illness. He was born in Licking County to the late Mark and Louisa (Bailey) Banks. He is survived by 3 sons John and Charles Banks, both of Coshocton and James Banks of Blacksburg, S.C. Three daughters Mrs. Rosemary Scheetz of Roselawn, Ind., Mrs. Pansy Van Valien and Mrs. Charlotte Hall of Coshocton, 13 grandchildren, four half brothers and four half sisters.
