Andrews at his home in Chicago, Tuesday afternoon. He had been complaining of not feeling well, but was not thought to be in a dangerous condition and his death was entirely unexpected. Read More	Death of John Andrews. He Passed Away Very Suddenly at His Home in Chicago on Tuesday afternoon. Word was received here yesterday of the sudden death of John S. Andrews at his home in Chicago, Tuesday afternoon. He had been complaining of not feeling well, but was not thought to be in a dangerous condition and his death was entirely unexpected. Heart disease is supposed to be the cause of his demise. According to arrangements now made his remains will be brought here Friday over the Erie and will arrive about noon. Funeral services will be held in the M.E. church in the afternoon and burial take place in Oak Lawn Cemetery under the direction of the Knights of Honor Lodge, of which he has been a member many years. John Andrews was a life-long resident of this city and probably but few men were better known in the community. He was a man of pleasant and genial disposition and had many friends. About five or six years ago his family moved to Chicago that their oldest daughter might attend medical college. Mr. Andrews has been employed as a ticket agent on the west side elevated railroad in that city. He was about 60 years of age and leaves the wife and three daughters besides other relatives and friends to mourn his death. March 29, 1900 The Journal North Manchester, Indiana
