Description	:	Services for John W. Musick Sr., 86, rural Lawrence, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Rumsey-Yost Funeral Home, Lawrence. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Musick died Saturday, July 18, 1998, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital. He was born Jan. 21, 1912, at Eudora, the son of Ephriam and Grace Schellack-Musick. He was a 1931 graduate of Eudora High School. He attended Tulsa University and Washburn University on one-year football scholarships and was a first-year letterman at Washburn University. He married Evelyn Frances Markley on April 4, 1943. She survives of the home. Survivors include a son, John Jr., Wellsville; a daughter, Cheryl Musick, Lawrence; a brother, Merritt, Eudora; a sister, Edna Schmidt, Lawrence; and two grandchildren.
