Mrs. Chilewski died very unexpected, as she had not been sick or even complained of being sick. Her husband had gone out to do some chores and when returning in the house, found Mrs. Chilewski lying dead on a lounge. The funeral services were held from St. Josaphats church Friday morning. Joe Chilewski a brother-in-law of the deceased living in town met with death Friday in about the same manner. He had been down town the day he died and did not complain of anything being the matter with him, but when he went home he laid down on the bed to rest a few minutes, and that was the last seen of him alive, as a short time afterwards when called it was discovered that he was dead. Joe was quite an aged man but walked quite brisk for his age. The funeral services were held from St. Josaphats church Saturday morning. The Times-Independent - Jan 18 1912
