She came to the United States with her parents in September, 1888, and lived with them on a farm south of Victor until her marriage to Joseph Fetzer in February, 1890. To this union three children were born: Mike J. Fetzer, Victor, Mrs. Lena Goettsch, Williamsburg, and Mrs. Nellie R. Davis, Victor. Her husband Joseph Fetzer, died in August, 1898. On November, 1899, she was united in marriage to George Weisskopf of Victor, who with her three children, is left to mourn her passing. Other surviving relatives include two brothers, Charles Rauch, Williamsburg, Fred Rauch, Marion, two sisters, Mrs. Mary Stoker, Victor, and Mrs. Julius Meyer, St. Charles, MO., eight grandchildren, and a large number of nephews and nieces. Two sisters and one brother preceded her in death. Mrs. Weisskopf was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran Church in Germany and continued her relationship to this church until her marriage to Mr. Weisskopf, when she united with the Victor Immanuel Methodist church, later transferring to the First Methodist Church of Victor. She was an active members of this church during the remainder of her life, giving her services in the Y. L. S. C. and the Women's Foreighn Missionary Society. She was also a member of the Rebekah Lodge No. 161, Victor. Mrs. Weisskopf was a loving mother and a faithful wife and her presence in the home will be greatly missed. She acquired a vast number of friends and was known as "Aunt Katie" to many besides her nephews and nieces. Funeral services were held at two o'clock, Thursday afternoon, May 25, at the Methodist church. Rev. J. J. Pritchard officiated and music was furnished by Mrs. W. H. Bonn, Mrs. D. G. Koeppel, Hollis Fish and Nelson Tompkins, with Mrs. Grace Lenocker as accompanist. Pall bearers were Godfrey Messer, William Carl, William Merck, W. C. Walter, Than Hammee and Emil DeMeulenaere. The local Rebeckah lodge members conducted final rituals at the grave in the I. O. O. F. cemetery.
