Fuhlrodt, 739 East Sixth Street, after a lingering illness of many months. Mrs. Mallette had been in failing health for the last three years and suffered from arterial sclerosis. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Jones and was born in Norway January 14, 1845. She came to the United States with a brother and sister, first settling in Chicago, then married Thomas Mallette and later came to Nebraska. Besides Mrs. Fuhlrodt, Mrs. Mallette is survived by three sons, Isaac and Thomas Mallette of Craig, and Henry Mallette of Hooper, and three other daughters, Mrs. C.F. Christensen, Craig, and J.E. Quirk, 805 North Bell St. and Miss Emma Mallette of Alliance. Funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock Thursday afternoon in the Fred Bader funeral home. Burial will be in the Ridge Cemetery.
