Mrs. Elma Frances(Geer)Parsons died July 24 1924. Lee Married Mrs. Grace Maude (Blanche) Martin Oct.1929. She Died March 3 (1932) of this year. Mr. Parsons has been in ill health for about a year. The family has been living in Sabula since 1919 Mr. Parsons was a laborer, formerly working on the section and later employed by J. h. Ritchie for the last few years. He was a faithful worker and left many friends to mourn his untimely passing. His death occurred after suffering three strokes of paralysis. Relatives who survive are: Mrs. Samuel Parsons of Revere Mo. his Mother: four children, Lowell 16 Eston 14 Mary 12 , and Florence 10, Three sisters, Mrs. Effie O'Neil of Ft. Madison, Mrs.Ollie Soule of Wayland, Mo. and Mrs. Minnie Davis of Sabula. ∼Lee was an accomplished horseman, teamster and engaged in farming in Missouri before making his home in Iowa in about 1920. Lee lived in the town of Sabula, and was an employee of Ritchie Lumber Company, delivering materials and home fuel, coal and other products sold by his employer. My Grandpa passed long before I was born.
