She came to Clay county (sic) in the month of July 1871. On August 15, 1894, she was married to S. J. McCue. To this union there was born six children. They are Willis G., Bernard L., Earl, Cecil, Leslie and Mildred. She leaves to mourn her departure her husband, S.... She came to Clay county (sic) in the month of July 1871. On August 15, 1894, she was married to S. J. McCue. To this union there was born six children. They are Willis G., Bernard L., Earl, Cecil, Leslie and Mildred. She leaves to mourn her departure her husband, S. J. McCue and the six children and eight grandchildren,. Also her aged father, Mr Geo. Krell of Hastings, Nebr. Her mother preceded her to the Great Beyond, departing this life on December 30, 1926. Also three sisters and one brother remain to mourn her departure.. They are Fred Krell, Mrs Letha O'Brien, Maud Krell and Mrs John Nickson. Mrs McCue was a member of the Methodist church (sic) of Edgar, Nebr., having served as a faithful member of its societies during her residence here. She will be greatly missed in her home and church, and all other places that knew her once will know her no more, for God hath said it is enough and suddenly He took her, and we sigh--- "O, for the touch of a vanished hand; And the sound of a voice that is still", "May the path of sorrow, and that path alone, Lead us to the land where sorrow is unknown." Funeral services were held at the M. E. church (sic) in Edgar, Sunday, December 22 at 1:30 p.m., conducted by Rev Rasmusson. Burial was made in the Fairfield cemetery.
