(Kruse) Berck was born on October 11, 1917 at rural Gresham, Nebraska and passed away on October 2, 2014 in Aurora, Nebraska at the age of 96. Linley grew up in Polk County and graduated from Marquette High School in 1936. Linley was married to Opal D. Scott on August 11, 1938 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. (Kruse) Berck was born on October 11, 1917 at rural Gresham, Nebraska and passed away on October 2, 2014 in Aurora, Nebraska at the age of 96. Linley grew up in Polk County and graduated from Marquette High School in 1936. Linley was married to Opal D. Scott on August 11, 1938 in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. They lived in Torrington, Wyoming before moving to Southern Oregon in 1947. Linley went to Prairie Bible Institute and graduated in 1962. They moved to Marquette, where he worked as a janitor and bus driver for the school. Linley founded Bible Club Mission. Opal passed away on November 6, 1997. Linley was a long-time member of the Mamre Evangelical Free Church and for many years served as director for Bible Club Mission's Joy Club ministry. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife; son, Alvin Berck, five brothers, Borden, Vern, Woodrow, Archie and Marvel 'Jim' Berck and five sisters, Avis Berck, Myrtle Anderson, Mamie Eriksen, Lillian Newcomer and Ethel Schwarz and son-in-law, Mike Juzyk. Those left to cherish his memory are his two daughters, Joyce Juzyk and Donna Berck both of Aurora; 10 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren Contributor: Don (46558676)
