Lois was a graduate of Ramseur High School in 1943. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Ramseur. Second only to her love for the Lord, was the deep love Lois had for her family. She was the first in her family to seriously examine the Brady family history, and was also a major contributor to the book, "The Brady Families of Randolph County, NC", published in 2007. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Colon, and Verdie Saunders Brady, brother, David Eugene Brady, sister, Brenda Carol Brady. Survivors: sisters, Martha Smith, and husband, Arthur, of Siler City, June Branson, of Asheboro, Phyllis Leonard, and husband, Reciel, of Asheboro, brothers, William Glenn Brady, of Randleman, Wiley Brady, and wife, Anita, of Ramseur, and several very special nieces and nephews. Visitation, 6 PM to 8 PM, Monday, Loflin Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Ramseur, and other times at the home of Amy and Todd Brown, 4507 York River Rd. Ramseur.
