Chapman, Sr.(Barbara), and grandchildren Samantha Marie Shackelford, James Warner Horsley, Anthony Keith Horsley, Ivan Gene Horsley, and Brian Keith Horsley, Jr. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 from 1-2:00 p.m. with funeral services stating at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be in Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery in Ware Neck, Va. Memorial donations may be made to Gloucester Volunteer Fire and Rescue , PO Box 1417, Gloucester, Va. 23061. Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
