Description	:	Lulu Louise Ritterbush, one of six children, was born to Herman and Wuebkea Gardels Janssen, on March 9, 1895, and passed away, March 11, 1979, at Perkins Pavilion in Hastings, Nebraska, at the age of 84 years and 2 days. Lulu was a member of the Salem Lutheran Church for a number of years and then attended the Christian Church in Nelson before she moved to Hastings. Read More	Lulu Louise Ritterbush, one of six children, was born to Herman and Wuebkea Gardels Janssen, on March 9, 1895, and passed away, March 11, 1979, at Perkins Pavilion in Hastings, Nebraska, at the age of 84 years and 2 days. Lulu was a member of the Salem Lutheran Church for a number of years and then attended the Christian Church in Nelson before she moved to Hastings. Lulu was united in marriage to Fred Ritterbush and to this union two children were born, Gretchen and Jacob. Lulu has been a wonderful devoted mother and a good friend to many. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Lulu was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Wuebkea, her husband, Fred, one sister, Ella Comstock, and three brothers, Herman, Bill and Ben. Those left to mourn her passing from this life are her daughter, Mrs. Louis (Gretchen) Oregbaugh of Miami, Flordia, her son, Jacob of Fort Lyons, Colorado, a sister, Mrs. Arthur (Ann) Skinner of Edgar and three grandchildren, Scott and John Ritterbush of Seattle, Washington, and James Orebaugh of Miami, Florida. Services were held Tuesday, March 13, 1979, at 2:00 p.m. from the Klawitter Funeral Home Chapel in Nelson, Nebraska. Rev. Ray Ensign officiated and pallbearers were Russ Snyder, Scott Snyder, R.L. Culbertson, Robert Littrell, Paul Schutte, Cleo Doggett. "How Great Thou Art" and "God Understands" was sang by Rev. Victor Schwarz and Jan Schnitker was the organist.
