She was born Jan. 25, 1912, in Fremont, the daughter of Marion and Nancy Belle Bert Rogers. She was raised in Fremont and later moved to Beacon. She was united in marriage to Henry Boldoser on July 15, 1930, in Sigourney. They settled near Hedrick and farmed for many years. She married Sam Clark on Dec. 4, 1962, in Osage. She was born Jan. 25, 1912, in Fremont, the daughter of Marion and Nancy Belle Bert Rogers. She was raised in Fremont and later moved to Beacon. She was united in marriage to Henry Boldoser on July 15, 1930, in Sigourney. They settled near Hedrick and farmed for many years. She married Sam Clark on Dec. 4, 1962, in Osage. After his death, she moved to Fremont. She had lived in Oskaloosa before moving to Sigourney in 1995. She is survived by one stepson, Tom Clark of Kenosha, Wis.; one stepdaughter, Cora Ellen Peterson of Isanti, Minn.; seven step-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; an infant son; one brother, Robert Rogers; one half-brother, Charlie Rogers; three sisters, Hazel Martin, Margaret Hamand and Agnes Larew; three nieces; and two nephews. Funeral services will be held Wed., March 5 (today) at 11 a.m. at the Fremont Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Jim Eschenbrenner officiating. Interment will follow at Abel Cemetery near Fremont. Memorials may be made to the Fremont Rescue Unit.
