She graduated from high school in Eureka and married Clerin Lasater there on June 15, 1929. They lived in Madison, Kan., most of their married life until they moved to the Poudre Canyon in the late '60s. They moved to Fort Collins in 1988. Mrs. Lasater worked for the Greenwood Company Farm Bureau for five years. She and her husband later opened a Chevrolet dealership in Madison, Kansas, where she was the general manager. She had been a member of the Methodist Church in Madison. She was active at the Poudre Canyon Chapel, where she taught Sunday school and helped with many other activities. She had her pilot's license and was an avid hunter and fisherman. She leaves her husband Clerin of Fort Collins. Memorial gifts may be made to the at Poudre Canyon Chapel in care of Allnutt Funeral Service, Goodrich Chapel.
