In 1884, she moved with her family to Denver, Colorado and two years later, in 1886, they moved to Greenland where they resided two years. In 1888 they moved back to Denver where they lived four years and then they moved to Rock Ridge, now known as Case, where she resided until her death January 13, 1937. In 1898 she was united in marriage to William Schreiber and to this union eight children were born, four of whom preceded her in death and four living, namely Mrs. Verna Lucas, of Case, Colorado; Mrs. Beulah Klinert of Franktown, Colorado; Mrs. Marie Walker, of Denver, Colorado; and Mr. Glenn Schreiber of Castle Rock. Mrs. Schreiber was always cheerful and happy and beloved by all who knew her. On Monday, January 11th, she suffered a paralytic stroke and in spite of all that loved ones and medical skill could do she passed peacefully away Wednesday evening, January 13, 1937. Funeral services were held January 15, 1937, at 11 o'clock at the home. The services were conducted by Father Steidal. Burial was made in the Case cemetery beside her four children. Her kindly presence will be sadly missed by her loved ones and a host of friends who mourn her passing.
