On February 24, 1934, she married Roy Spring in Creston.They moved to Brooks and lived there until moving to Corning in 1974. Mrs. Spring was a homemaker and a member of the Corning Presbyterian Church. She is survived by her husband, Roy Spring of Corning; daughter, Mrs. Robert (Donna) Briggs of Clarinda; son, Keith Spring and wife, Annette of Mokena, Ill.; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild; Sister, Mrs. Ray (Reva) Stamps of Guss; and brother, Alva McCoy of Spokane, Wash. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothersand three sisters. A memorial has been established in her name to the family. Adams County Free Press, February 11, 1988, page 2
