Read More	Margaret Elizabeth, daughter of Edwin and Winnie Davis was born in Republic County, Kansas, August 2, 1896 and passed away in the Lutheran Hospital at York, Nebraska, April 19, 1943, at the age of 46 years, 8 months and 17 days. There she attended school, and at the Chester High School from which she graduated. Following her graduation for four years, she taught school. When a young girl she united with the Christian Church. And in May, of 1924 she transferred her membership to the Methodist Church, of which she was an active member until death claimed her. It can be said of her she did what she could. On September 9, 1919 she was united in marriage with Lawrence Eickmann (sic). Seven children came to bless their home. Mrs. Eickmann (sic) was true and faithful Christian, a devoted wife and a loving mother, a true friend and a kindly neighbor. Her children possessors of true riches, can rise up and call her blessed. She leaves to mourn her untimely departure, her devoted husband, seven children: Donald J., Dale R., Warren W., Milton C., Ruth Irene, Neil J. and Margaret Louise; two daughters-in-law - Nellie Lou Eickmann (sic) and Betty June Eickmann (sic), her mother, Mrs. Winnie Etta Davis; five sisters and one brother, Alice Moxham, Mae Lane, J.W. Davis, Amy Jeffries, Helen Palmer and Leota Davis; four brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law. Three uncles, one aunt, several cousins, nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
