Description	:	OBITUARY: Death of Scotland County Resident. Margaret Schirch was born in West Virginia, May 3, 1839. She moved with her family to Scotland County, Missouri, in 1857 and settled at Azen. She was married to Joseph Schirch, February, 28, 1861. She with her husband,, moved on a farm just north of Azen where lived and died. To this union five children were born. Read More	OBITUARY: Death of Scotland County Resident. Margaret Schirch was born in West Virginia, May 3, 1839. She moved with her family to Scotland County, Missouri, in 1857 and settled at Azen. She was married to Joseph Schirch, February, 28, 1861. She with her husband,, moved on a farm just north of Azen where lived and died. To this union five children were born. Four are living and were present at the funeral-Albert,, Mrs. Cynthia Kittle, Mary Schirch and George--all living in the vicinity of Azen. She was a charter member of the Christian Church at Azen. Her husband died about two years ago. She leaves mourn--the four children, nine grandchildren, on brother and one sister and a large number of relatives and friend. She died at her home February 13, aged 79 years, 9 months and 10 days. The funeral services were held at Prairie View church, Friday afternoon, February 14, conducted by Elder M. J. Nicoson. Interment in the cemetery by the church. Another one of the old and worthy citizens of the county have gone. Her life of service was given to her community where she will be missed.
