Description	:	OBITUARY. Margaret Pritchet was born in County Tyrone, Ireland, September 21, 1829. There were ten children in her father's family. Three of whom survive her: Henry Pritchard of Canada, S. Pritchard of Lowell, Washington, and Mrs. M.E. Riddell of Cleveland, Ohio. She was only six years of age when she came to America. She was married to Edward J. Francis at Joliet, Illinois, September 6, 1858. They resided in Illinois until 1878, when they moved to Nebraska, settling in Nuckolls county (sic). She leaves, beside her husband who is past 92 years of age, Mrs. Margaret J. Gardner of Nelson, Mrs. Caroline Rollins of Bellingham, Wash., and Frank Francis of Nelson. Mr. and Mrs. Francis moved to Nelson thirteen years ago. They resided in the east part of town until last September, when old age and failing health compelled them to give up housekeeping, they came to live with their daughter, Mrs. E.B. Gardner, where December 15, 1916, she peacefully passed to the beyond at the age of 87 years, 2 months and 24 days. Sister Francis was confirmed in the Episcopal church in childhood, but about forty years ago united with the M.E. church. Her faith in God was clear, her hope secure and her trust confiding. She had two grand children and three great grand children. The funeral service was conducted at the Gardner home Sunday afternoon at 2:30, by her pastor, W.W. Hull, assisted by Rev. F.G.
