Funeral Service will be 2 p.m. on Thursday, May 1, 2008, at the West Branch United Methodist Church. Burial will be at the Tipton Masonic Cemetery. Mrs. Ohrt was born September 27, 1926, in Cedar County the daughter of Orville and Bertha Reed Taylor. She married William Ohrt on November 29, 1941, he died in 1976. She later married William Fogo on June 2, 1978, he died in 1997. She and her husband William Ohrt had owned and operated the Hoover Cafe and Hotel in West Branch for several years and also was employed at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in the dietary Department. She was a member of the West Branch United Methodist Church, Moose Lodge in Iowa City and enjoyed the coffee club at Bruster's and playing bingo. She is preceded in death by her husbands, William Ohrt and William Fogo, two sisters, Gladys Taylor and Lucy Anderson, and one great-grandson, Colton Johnson. Wittich-Riley-Freers obituary
