Description	:	Death came again in our community when Mrs. Marion Keefover passed away Sunday at St. Francis hospital where she had been the past three weeks. Mrs. Keefover had lived at Grantville over 50 years and had a wide circle of friends. She was a very talented woman, especially in music, and for many years took a very active part in community life and also in musical circle in Topeka. Funeral arrangements have not been completed. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Jeanette Brigham of N.J., who has lived Mrs. Keefover a few years, two nieces and two nephews. Perry, KS... Perry, KS Mirror December 23, 1954, p4 Mrs. Marion Lawrence Kleinhans Keefover, 77, Grantville, died Dec. 19 in a Topeka hospital. She was born October 15, 1877 in Newark, N.J., and moved to the Grantville community shortly after her marriage to Charles Henry Kleinhans Oct. 21, 1899. Mr. Kleinhans died in 1925. She was married in 1934 to Frank A. Keefover, who died in 1936. Mrs. Keefover formerly was on the music staff at Washburn University and was a musical instructor in the Grantville School. She was a member of the Grace Cathedral and PEO Sisterhood. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Walter Cole Brigham, Shelter Island Heights, N.J.; two nephews, Harry L. and Walter L. Brigham, both of Shelter Island Heights, N.J.; and two nieces, Mrs. Susan Ingram McFadden, Dallas, Ore., and Mrs. Charles Tucker, Jr., Grantville. Burial was in Grantville Cemetery.
